This contract position provides the opportunity to work part-time with high school-aged students, helping foster achievement and self-expression. The role is well-suited for speech-language professionals who are dedicated to making a difference and thrive in collaborative settings, including both experienced clinicians and those in their clinical fellowship year (CFY).
Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification
  • Experience working with high school or adolescent populations preferred, but welcoming to new graduates as well
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, evaluation, and direct or consultative speech-language services to high school students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and needs
  • Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions, along with in-person services as required
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, student progress, and services delivered
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support comprehensive student development
