As part of a community health clinic model, you will have access to essential resources, including administrative support for billing and client coordination. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, creating tailored treatment plans that address safety concerns and therapeutic needs in a rural setting.
• Provide crisis intervention services when appropriate, ensuring the wellbeing of clients during high-stress moments.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of bi-weekly therapy sessions with individual clients, continuously adapting treatment strategies based on progress and client feedback.
• Foster strong working relationships with fellow counselors through regular consultation and supervision, sharing insights and resources to enhance client care.
• Utilize technology effectively to document session notes and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Apply trauma-informed methodologies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), to support clients’ healing journeys.

Our counseling services focus predominantly on various demographics, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. We emphasize trauma-informed care, providing specialized support to clients dealing with attachment trauma, complex PTSD, and related mental health challenges. Our counselors are equipped to tailor their approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, creating a welcoming and empathetic therapeutic environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field. Strong candidates will demonstrate an independent work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate the nuances of individual client needs. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and a comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations are essential.

While the minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Candidates with licenses such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) are especially encouraged to apply. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes:
