Job description

Description
Are you interested in building your underwriting expertise while supporting Wisconsin businesses and agricultural operations?
Rural Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Commercial and Agri-Business Underwriter to join our team. In this role, you will develop your knowledge of commercial and farm coverage forms, underwriting concepts, system workflows, and risk evaluation practices while working closely with experienced underwriters and internal business partners.
You will support underwriting activities, analyze renewal business, respond to agent questions, and help deliver responsive, high-quality service. As your knowledge grows, you will take on greater responsibility for evaluating risk, reviewing pricing and coverage, and supporting a profitable commercial and agricultural portfolio.
