Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, considering the distinct circumstances and preferences of each individual.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques, adapting your approach to fit the personal journey of each client, whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in regular supervision sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Calm Horizon, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and coping with life transitions. Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• A deep sense of empathy and a genuine understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills to effectively balance client appointments and required documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or virtual therapy services is highly desirable.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on client caseload and hours worked.
