Higharc's cutting edge Visualization team is growing! We are looking for a highly capable 3D Artist to create high-quality, photo-realistic assets and scenes for architectural visualization projects.
What You'll Do
This role requires strong individual execution skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced production environment. Expect to:
  • Create and refine detailed photo-realistic assets and full scenes that meet both artistic and technical standards
  • Develop and revise models, materials, lighting, and compositions for interactive and rendered environments
  • Ensure all assets meet performance, memory, and optimization requirements
  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain consistency, quality, and production velocity
  • Take ownership of assigned projects from intake through final delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows, documentation, and quality standards
About You
You're a systems thinker who thrives when you are able to balance artistic excellence with technical precision. You use your clear communication skills and strong ownership mindset and take pride in your work.
You have:
  • 3+ years in game development, real-time visualization, or environment production
  • Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine Editor and Engine (including Blueprint authoring)
  • Professional experience utilizing Maya, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, and Substance Painter/Designer
  • Experience shipping projects or delivering production-quality scenes
  • An ability to work in structured production pipelines
  • High-quality modeling and asset creation skills with an emphasis on scene assembly, lighting and composition, and optimization for real-time environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail--you work fast and accurately
