JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The College of IST is seeking applicants for part-time job of Part-Time Researcher in Robotics,Human-Robot Interaction.

Job duties to include:

  • We are seeking a graduate-level research part-time researcher to conduct interdisciplinary research at the intersection ofrobotics, human-robot interaction (HRI), and some familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks. Researcher will analyze how emerging robotic systems are deployed in real-world contexts, and often some context within targeted groups and evaluate their societal, ethical, and legal implications.

Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:

  • Currently enrolled in a Masters/PhD program in Robotics, Computer Science, Public Policy/Lawor a related field. Strong background in Robotics or Human-Robot Interaction

Compensation:

The starting rate for this job is $18.
