• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and facilitate individualized treatment planning tailored to each client's needs.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions focusing on both mental health and substance use recovery.

• Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation in accordance with industry guidelines to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

As an LCSW at our detox center, you will work closely with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges related to substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your role will be vital in providing clients with the therapeutic support needed to address their addiction, assess underlying mental health conditions, and encourage sustained recovery outcomes.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy practices and approaches.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive and engaged with the treatment team.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical social work, preferably within an addiction treatment or mental health setting.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with teletherapy approaches and digital health tools.
