Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication systems is essential. Excellent communication, self-motivation, and time management are crucial soft skills for effective remote patient interaction and teamwork. These skills and qualities are important to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient collaboration from a distance.
