Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, gathering detailed histories and identifying mental health needs to formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to each client.
  • Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring secure and accurate record-keeping of client progress and treatment changes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings to discuss treatment approaches and optimize quality of care delivery.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with principles and strategies to manage and understand mental health issues.
