• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, taking into consideration their personal histories and circumstances to inform treatment plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address clients' specific needs and goals, using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions aimed at facilitating positive outcomes, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and supportive counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Collaborate closely with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Your role will primarily focus on clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, among other mental health challenges. You will engage with clients from varied ethnic, socioeconomic, and age groups, allowing you to employ tailored treatment modalities that resonate with their experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Florida is required to practice.
