As an LCSW with Gotham Enterprises, your key responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in settings focused on addiction recovery or mental health.
• Proficiency in utilizing therapy modalities that emphasize solution-based psychotherapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client interactions.
