Guided Behavioral Reflection Clinic is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity at our Detox Center. This role is essential for supporting clients through their journey towards recovery and enhanced mental health. You will be tasked with conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing tailored care plans that promote emotional stability and overall well-being.

You will primarily collaborate with clients struggling with substance use disorders within our Detox Center. While the role can be performed from home, occasional on-call hours may be required to respond to urgent client needs, ensuring comprehensive support and resource accessibility.

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, particularly seniors, that address their emotional, mental, and social needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that align with their specific goals and preferences.
• Provide ongoing counseling and emotional support, assisting clients in navigating life transitions and effectively managing anxiety and depression.
• Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they have access to necessary community resources, enhancing their support network and improving service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team—including healthcare professionals, nurses, and caregivers—to integrate and optimize care delivery.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and wellness visits remotely, assessing their living conditions and addressing any concerns or safety issues that may arise.
• Facilitate effective communication and mediation among families involved in client care to foster a holistic approach to mental health support.
• Educate clients and their families regarding available community resources and programs to support their emotional and social engagement.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation of all client interactions, progress notes, and care plans to ensure compliance and facilitate ongoing care.
• Stay updated on best practices in social work, particularly related to mental health care, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and relevant regulations.

Your focus will primarily be on individuals in the recovery phase from substance use, with particular emphasis on seniors facing unique emotional challenges. You will empower them to regain control over their mental health by providing tailored interventions, thereby positively influencing their quality of life and emotional resilience.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in social work, ideally within a community health or geriatric setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychosocial principles and aging issues, with familiarity in community service resources.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, essential for team collaboration and client interactions.

• Experience in a remote service delivery model, particularly for behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience advocating for clients within complex systems.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
