The Henriquez Mental Health Clinic is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in hospice care. Located in Stockton, California, this remote position allows skilled professionals to engage deeply with clients during one of the most significant times of their lives. Work Environment

This role is designed to be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a strong connection with our community at the Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, identifying their needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
