Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on your findings.
  • Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including short-term individual counseling and crisis interventions, to address a wide array of mental health issues.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that promote personal development and wellness, employing evidence-based strategies to enrich patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the hospital, such as psychiatry, nursing, and community outreach programs, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our facility, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who face a diverse range of mental health challenges. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
