• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on your findings.
• Provide effective therapeutic interventions, including short-term individual counseling and crisis interventions, to address a wide array of mental health issues.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that promote personal development and wellness, employing evidence-based strategies to enrich patient engagement.
• Collaborate with various departments within the hospital, such as psychiatry, nursing, and community outreach programs, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in outreach initiatives for mental health awareness, including organizing workshops and wellness events that enhance community engagement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our facility, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who face a diverse range of mental health challenges. Your experience will be invaluable in addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique challenges faced by patients within a hospital setting will be crucial to your work, as you tailor your approaches to meet their specific needs effectively.

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of the mental health issues commonly encountered within a hospital environment and a demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with a diverse patient population and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical outpatient setting, particularly in working with a diverse patient demographic.
• Familiarity with community resources and an ability to coordinate care with external organizations will be beneficial.
• Experience facilitating therapy groups and designing wellness programs is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
