• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the needs of patients, formulating individualized treatment plans utilizing solution-based interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, ensuring alignment with state regulations and organizational standards to uphold quality of care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to devise integrative treatment strategies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of care.

You will be working with a diverse range of patients dealing with various mental health challenges, particularly those who are undergoing detoxification and are in need of mental health support. This position requires a sensitive understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction and recovery, focusing on individualized care that respects each patient’s distinct circumstances and goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in psychotherapy is essential.
• Expertise in solution-based therapeutic interventions and the ability to apply them effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with addiction treatment and detoxification processes, as well as familiarity with related mental health issues.

• Previous roles in outpatient clinic settings or similar environments are advantageous.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
