• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients entering our detox program.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medications, helping them make informed decisions about care.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities aimed at promoting recovery and resilience.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals and preferences, maintaining a focus on recovery and individual progress.
• Advocate for patients navigating the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are prioritized.
• Lead psychoeducation groups and discharge planning meetings, equipping patients with the necessary tools for successful recovery.

Our clients primarily include individuals struggling with substance use disorders seeking detoxification and mental health support. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your expertise will contribute significantly to facilitating their recovery journey by addressing both mental health and substance use challenges, creating an environment conducive to healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and crisis intervention techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with patients and families.

• Experience in providing therapy for patients with substance use disorders.
