• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and psychological needs.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to achieve effective results in psychotherapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely therapeutic note writing that meets legal and ethical standards.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual, child, couples, group, and family therapy, employing a supportive and compassionate approach.
• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with colleagues to enhance therapeutic strategies and personal growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with therapeutic advancements and methodologies.

The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds. • A completed Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Candidates who are closely licensed may also be considered.
• In good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Registered with CAQH to facilitate client insurance reimbursement.

• Proficiency in delivering therapy services to a broad range of disorders and demographics.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and familiarity with the unique challenges they may face.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued, with a salary differential available for language skills, especially in Spanish.
• Experience with agency collaborations and teamwork.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
