• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, utilizing standardized tools and methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, integrating evidence-based practices into the care process.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions that empower clients to overcome challenges, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other modalities.
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care and monitor patient progress over time.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and address complex patient needs.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to patients and their families, fostering resilience and understanding around mental health issues.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and best practices to continually enhance treatment approaches and patient outcomes.

The population served at our community health clinic includes individuals from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will focus on building therapeutic relationships that promote healing and empowerment, crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in Nevada.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with robust problem-solving abilities to address the diverse needs of clients.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in community health.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy methodologies.
• Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team is highly desirable.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
