Job description

We are actively seeking to fill the role of a compassionate Fertility Nurse Coordinator If you have previous experience working in women's health and have a desire to assist fertility patients, we welcome your application!

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with Saturday and holiday rotation. This position may be performed in a hybrid in-office/remote setting upon successful completion of training, with the option to work from home on designated days of the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Physician office nurse duties (clinical, specific and general) assigned to either the Registered/License Practical Nurse, as appropriate and to include clinical back-office flow of patients; rooming patients and assisting the physician with exams and procedures; performing intrauterine insemination procedures
  • Coordinates patient care
  • Schedules IVF patients and coordinates testing
  • Provides IVF counseling and patient instructions
  • Coordinates care with the Special Services Coordinators for patients participating in the donor program
  • Provides general counseling to infertility patients and spouse/partners regarding testing and clarification of plan of treatment

To do this effectively, you'll need the following:

  • Valid Florida state license; board certified RN or LPN required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, an FDA compliance.
  • Understanding of basic reproductive physiology.
  • Knowledge of examination, testing, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive conditions.
