• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychosocial history, current challenges, and risk factors through diagnostic interviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and cultural contexts, fostering a cooperative therapeutic alliance.
• Implement evidence-based interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group therapy formats.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuum of support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with tools and strategies for effective management of their conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive and holistic care.
• Conduct regular outcome assessments utilizing established metrics to gauge treatment effectiveness and modify plans as necessary.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical guidelines in all patient interactions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience in a mental health setting, particularly in trauma-informed care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
