Job Title: Clinical Care Coordination Supervisor (RN) Location: Remote Duration: 3+ Month Contract (Through 05/31/2026) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $65–$68/hour No Weekends or Holidays Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced RN professional to lead care coordination and utilization management operations for Medicare and DSNP populations. This role requires strong leadership experience within clinical care management and managed care environments.
