Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations upon intake to best understand each client's mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities during virtual sessions to provide effective treatment interventions for various mental health disorders.
  • Engage collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, mobilizing resources and techniques to encourage their progress and self-discovery.
  • Maintain a client-centered approach, incorporating diverse therapeutic styles grounded in the client's preferences to enhance their engagement in the treatment process.
  • Document therapy sessions diligently, ensuring timely updates on client progress and treatment adjustments in accordance with relevant guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Active and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, enabling connection and empathy towards clientsโ€™ situations and experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients through digital platforms.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple client schedules and documentation effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a remote therapy setting or familiarity with telehealth platforms.
  • Experience working with a varied patient demographic, including multicultural and underserved populations.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices related to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that can be effectively used in virtual settings.

  • Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
