• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, gathering thorough information to inform individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques to address diverse mental health issues.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a cohesive support network for patients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance treatment quality and expand professional knowledge.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community, empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Stay informed about the latest industry developments and incorporate innovative approaches into practice to enhance patient outcomes.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Engage with patients from various backgrounds, utilizing culturally sensitive practices to ensure inclusivity and understanding. Your role will significantly contribute to improving their mental well-being and overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective connection with clients and team members.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually for full-time positions.
• Pro-rated compensation of approximately USD 52,000 per year for part-time roles.
