This full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing critical mental health support to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be licensed or closely licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS) and possess a strong commitment to promoting emotional well-being.

About the Organization

At Honor Your Emotions, we are a compassionate group private practice committed to aiding individuals and families in navigating their mental health challenges. • Deliver therapy sessions via a secure platform, providing support for individual, child, couples, group, or family therapy.
  • Document progress and therapeutic notes to track client outcomes and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on achieving meaningful progress in their mental health journey.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with other clinicians to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of clients from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our focus is on providing compassionate and personalized care to all clients, with an emphasis on understanding their unique experiences and needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations will be vital in fostering trust and building therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • In good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and registered with the California Association of Quality Health (CAQH).
  • Proficiency in Spanish or another language is highly desirable, with a bilingual salary differential available.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within various therapeutic settings, especially with culturally diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and age groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a flexible workload and adjust priorities as the practice evolves.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We provide comprehensive medical and dental benefits specifically for full-time employees, ensuring that our team has access to quality health care as they support others. You will also receive ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.

We are looking for individuals who are not only skilled in therapeutic practices but are also aligned with our mission of fostering emotional wellness and positivity. If you believe that you can contribute to our vision of a supportive environment for mental health, we encourage you to apply.

Application Information

If you resonate with our mission and believe that you would be a perfect fit for our team, we invite you to submit your resume along with a creative cover letter—either written or in video format.
