• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans. These plans may incorporate both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions focused on overcoming dependencies and instilling positive behavioral changes among clients.
• Establish and monitor realistic treatment goals aligned with ethical standards and legal guidelines, ensuring the best outcomes for every client.
• Maintain rigorous record-keeping practices by conducting thorough assessments and documenting detailed progress notes to track client development effectively.
• Regularly review and update patient records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations while working closely with the clinical director to support chart audits.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, promoting an atmosphere of respect and cooperation.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall care provided to clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure that every client's comprehensive treatment needs are addressed in a cohesive manner.

The clients we serve at The Forge Recovery Center often present with a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders and substance use disorders. Your role is pivotal in addressing these complexities with sensitivity and expertise, providing hope and pathways toward resilience and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and communication.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in social work, particularly within substance use or mental health treatment settings.
• Hands-on experience in case management, knowledge of therapeutic techniques, and an in-depth understanding of mental health diagnostics and treatment modalities.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000.
