As part of our outpatient facility, you will be supported by a collaborative team of experts who are passionate about mental health.

• Conduct thorough, ongoing assessments to effectively identify and address the needs of clients during the counseling process.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders regarding clients' progress and treatment plans.
• Provide a planned schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor client growth and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
• Coordinate and conduct home visits that may involve chart reviews, interviews with staff and families, and data analysis to gather insights for ongoing client support.
• Implement and manage treatment plans, ensuring all counseling practices align with established programs and are carried out effectively.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing valuable insights and updates regarding client care.
• Document progress monthly and quarterly, ensuring all notes reflect the client's journey and development accurately.
• Organize staff training on key concepts of program implementation and documentation, fostering a team that is knowledgeable and proficient.
• Provide follow-up care through interviews and observations, ensuring ongoing support as clients' needs evolve.
• Act as a liaison between clients, the community, and mental health professionals to enhance outreach and development goals.
• Help develop training materials aimed at improving our programs and the quality of service provided to clients.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients often face challenges related to trauma, family dynamics, substance misuse, and various mental health disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical context.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related documentation technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, based on caseload, availability, and individual experience.
