Job description

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing financial performance across the Professional Billing (PB) revenue cycle. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and compliant charge capture, payment processing, and denial management through data analysis, collaboration, and system optimization. Works closely with registration teams, coding, account follow-up, authorization and compliance to identify revenue risks, improve workflows, and strengthen reimbursement outcomes.Serves as a subject matter expert in revenue integrity, providing advanced analysis, payer escalation support, and leadership for complex revenue cycle issues. Leads high-level charge capture initiatives, payer strategy escalations, and systemwide denial prevention efforts and initiatives that ensure accurate billing, regulatory coding compliance, and optimized net revenue performance.

Required:

High School Diploma or GED

Certification

Certified Coding Specialist Physician -CCS-P 

Certified Professional Coder - CPC 

Certified Medical Auditor - CPMA 

Registered Health Information Technician - RHIT 

Work Experience and Additional Information 

Five (5) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, coding and billing compliance, healthcare reimbursement, or financial analysis and one (1) of the certifications listed. 

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field may be substituted for required experience and certification.
