Belle is seeking a full-time, remote Medical Assistant to help deliver high-quality, member-centered care. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving clinical outcomes, supporting care coordination, and enhancing the experience for both members and their caregivers.

This position is ideal for a compassionate MA who is passionate about improving the health and well-being of older adults through personalized, holistic support.

Requirements

  • Review Community Health Worker (CHW) appointment documentation for accuracy and completeness, escalating issues to the nurse case manager as needed.
  • Support care coordination activities, including scheduling follow-up appointments and communicating with members or their caregivers.
  • Mail and/or email patient care plans and educational materials as directed by case managers.
  • Accurately update and maintain patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all HIPAA and organizational policies.
Experience, Skills, & Personality 
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) required.
  • 2 years of experience in a medical office, telehealth, or care coordination setting.
  • Experience using EHR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience working with older adult populations preferred.
  • Naturally empathetic, with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
