As a part of our outpatient office, you will engage in virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure online platforms designed to facilitate therapy effectively. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately identify mental health needs, risk factors, and create individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies—through remote sessions tailored to the preferences of each client.
• Collaborate actively with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and provide continuous encouragement and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Implement a range of customized therapeutic methodologies, ensuring each approach meets the unique needs and preferences of your clients.
• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and required clinical notes to support effective case management and compliance with healthcare regulations.

You will work with a diverse range of clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. • A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of clients' experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring the effective management of virtual sessions and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally in an outpatient or remote setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
