Insurance Sales Producer

What You’ll Do

You will drive results and build long-term relationships by:

  • Prospecting and generating new business through networking, outreach, referrals, and lead development
  • Meeting with prospects and clients to understand their business, assess risk, and identify opportunities
  • Presenting tailored solutions that combine insurance products with broader risk management strategies
  • Building trust through consistent follow-up, responsiveness, and delivering on commitments
  • Maintaining a strong and active pipeline through disciplined, proactive sales activity
  • Conducting regular client reviews to identify gaps, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and retention goals

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and relationship-driven:

  • Prior sales experience required, either inside or outside sales
  • North Carolina Property and Casualty License or Life and Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Strong drive to succeed and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Comfortable prospecting, initiating conversations, and building new relationships from the ground up
  • High level of confidence, persistence, and resilience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and advise
  • A consultative mindset, focused on understanding client needs and delivering real value
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and stay organized
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and follow-through
