Title Project Manager (AI Programs)
Location: Houston, TX or Remote (USA)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI-focused initiatives across multiple delivery teams. This individual will serve as the single point of accountability for project scope, schedule, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects, Agile delivery methodologies, and executive-level stakeholder engagement, preferably within AI, IT Operations, or digital transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple AI squads.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, risks, budget, and reporting activities.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and change management processes.
  • Drive Agile project delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications

  • 810 years of Project Management experience leading complex technical initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing multi-team or multi-squad projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint-based delivery, and backlog management.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating steering committees and executive-level meetings.
  • Familiarity with managed services or capacity-based delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering AI/ML projects or AI-driven business initiatives.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and platforms.
