Life Compass Mental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to distinct situations.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clear objectives to guide clients' therapeutic journeys.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care during critical moments.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing clients' understanding of their mental health and providing community support.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will address a multitude of mental health issues, fostering personal transformation and well-being through therapeutic support. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies and a strong ability to apply them in clinical settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, delivering therapeutic services to clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices to facilitate efficient and accurate record-keeping.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
