• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available for treatment.
• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals for each client, adapting approaches based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that empower clients and provide them with necessary tools for managing their mental health.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring the well-being of all clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality.
• Utilize various therapeutic tools and technologies to enhance the client’s therapeutic experience, ensuring flexibility and accessibility in remote settings.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve understanding and addressing unique client needs, adapting therapeutic methods to fit diverse backgrounds and personal circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage and support clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience working within a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of how to apply them in practice.

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available. In addition to a fair salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
