This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate remote counseling sessions within an 8-week, evidence-based treatment program, focusing on skill-building and fostering healthy habits.
  • Document session notes meticulously while monitoring participant progress, ensuring timely communications and recommendations for care coordination.
  • Engage in proactive participation as a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, helping clients access necessary resources and navigate logistics, such as consent and authorization forms.
  • Identify high-risk cases with heightened safety concerns and act according to established protocols for risk management.
  • Attend and contribute to regular meetings with clinical supervisors and participate in monthly team discussions and community Town Halls to share insights and strategies.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and undergo annual training to maintain best practices in patient data security.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Leveraging evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will empower clients to achieve meaningful, transformative change in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • You must be able to maintain a consistent scheduling routine conducive to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
