Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in healthcare to lead and deliver critical projects in a fully remote environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. There is potential for long-term or permanent hire for the right candidate.

Location: Remote (Northeast-based candidates strongly preferred; Must reside in the U.S.)ย 
Pay Rate:ย $30-$40/hour (DOE)
Position Type:ย Contract (potential for permanent hire)
Experience: 3-5+ years of project management experience required

Key Responsibilities for the role of Project Manager include:

  • Lead projectsย from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Develop detailed project plansย outlining tasks, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Apply project management methodologies including planning, execution, risk management, and change management
  • Coordinate and manage project resourcesย to ensure proper alignment with project goals
  • Maintain and share clear, timely project documentation with all stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contactย for project-related communication and issue resolution
  • Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications for the Project Manager:

  • 3-5+ years of professional project management experience, including at least 2 years leading projects

  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively lead meetingsย and drive project progress

Preferred:
