Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients through live video consultations, fostering a safe and therapeutic online space.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Utilize automated symptom self-assessments to gather data on client progress and adjust treatment interventions accordingly, ensuring optimal effectiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing consultation sessions with team leadership for clinical support and professional development.

Qualifications
