Unified Care NW is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dedicated team in providing critical behavioral health support. This rewarding position involves a dynamic blend of remote work while remaining connected to the community through a Community Health Clinic. Work Environment

This position is predominantly remote, providing flexibility while also requiring engagement with local patients and families through telehealth consultations and community outreach. The role is supported by a robust Primary Care Behavioral Health team, offering an opportunity to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical services to eligible children and families, utilizing evidence-based treatment models to tailor interventions effectively.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to coordinate care, fostering a support network that enhances client outcomes.
  • Empower clients by connecting them with essential resources and educational materials that bolster their autonomy in managing mental health and life challenges.
  • Monitor clientsโ€™ compliance with Legal Risk Assessment (LRA) protocols, working closely with the Clinical Review Team (CRT) and court representatives to ensure uninterrupted services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus will be serving a diverse population, including children and families dealing with behavioral health issues and chronic conditions. In particular, you will support individuals from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, and those experiencing homelessness, addressing the unique challenges they face while ensuring they are treated with respect and sensitivity.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work is required, alongside valid LICSW licensure to practice independently.
  • At least three years of direct practice experience providing psycho-therapeutic support within clinical and community settings.
  • Specialized knowledge in integrating behavioral health assessment and treatment into primary care, with the understanding that training will be provided if needed.
Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance regulations and related systems, ensuring seamless support for clients navigating these services.
  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively with unhoused individuals, showcasing knowledge of the specific challenges and resources relevant to this population.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive treatment environment.
