• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, allowing for tailored support.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans with specific goals, interventions, and progress tracking.
• Provide counseling services to individuals and families facing complex life challenges, guiding them toward effective coping strategies and solutions.
• Engage with clients to create personalized service plans that connect them to essential community resources and ongoing support.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety assessment services, prioritizing client well-being and risk management.
• Coordinate with community agencies and organizations to advocate for client needs effectively and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate actively in community outreach efforts aimed at raising awareness of agency services and promoting mental health resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues during case conferences and training sessions to enhance professional development and team cohesion.

Your work will focus primarily on individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who are experiencing significant life challenges. These include issues related to mental health, socio-economic struggles, and systemic barriers. Your expert guidance and support will help navigate these obstacles, foster resilience, and promote overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Nevada.
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and trauma-informed care principles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations, employing cultural competence and interpersonal skills.

• At least one year of experience in a social service agency or similar setting, with a focus on counseling and case management.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies for enhancing client outcomes.
• Experience in community outreach and collaboration with external organizations.
