Job description

Director Risk Management

Responsible for planning and directing the Risk Management and Loss Prevention programs from an operational perspective.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least a BSN with minimum 3-5 years strong clinical experience in Adult acute care ICU and or ER trauma. Must have 2-5 years previous Risk Management experience. Must be very familiar with regulatory compliance guidelines and state statutes. Must be highly organized and very detail oriented. Will be required to work closely with Hospital and Corporate leadership, Physicians, Staff and Attorneys.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

BSN Required

Computer proficient

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The candidate must process knowledge, skill and expertise in risk analysis. Strong clinical background in ER and or ICU is preferred. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to respond quickly and make decisions. Will report to CEO
