The Commercial & Product Management Intern will support strategic initiatives within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and co‐manufacturing segments. This role offers hands‐on experience with commercial prospecting, competitive analysis, and marketing research, while providing exposure to both U.S.

and international markets. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Use AI‐driven and online commercial intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) to identify and evaluate potential customer prospects in domestic and international markets. Analyze targets' go‐to‐market strategies and branded product portfolios.

Identify alignment opportunities within Balchem's product offerings and contribute to the development of business cases for continued prospecting. Competitive Market Analysis (45%) Conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis for the LATAM region. Expand analysis to the EU as time permits.

Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights to support strategic planning. Assist with traditional marketing tasks, including market research, data analysis, and market studies. Support cross‐functional commercial and product‐management initiatives as needed.

REQUIREMENTS Completion of at least three years of college by the start of the internship. Major in Business or a related field; physical sciences considered with relevant business coursework or experience. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI‐based research tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. The estimated salary range for this position is $20 -$25 an hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
