Corporate M&A Attorney (Remote)

The Mission

We're looking for a commercially-minded M&A Attorney to architect our growth from anywhere. You won't just manage risk; you'll drive the deal. You will lead the full transaction lifecycle-from initial structuring and diligence to high-stakes negotiation and integration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Deal: Direct buy-side and sell-side transactions, mergers, and divestitures.

  • Draft & Negotiate: Own the definitive documents: LOIs, purchase agreements, and merger filings.

  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with Execs and Boards to balance legal guardrails with business goals.

  • Orchestrate: Manage cross-functional teams and outside counsel to ensure seamless closings.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of high-level M&A experience (Law firm or In-house).

  • Credentials: J.D. and active Bar membership.

  • Mindset: You are a "Deal Closer" who can distill complex risks into 30-second executive briefings.

  • Flexibility: Comfortable managing high-velocity deals in a fully remote environment.


The Package

  • Base Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 (commensurate with experience).

  • Location: 100% Remote.
