This position is primarily remote, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to engage with students and collaborate with school staff from the comfort of their own home. Our team emphasizes flexibility and work-life balance, accommodating varying schedules that include some evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our clients. Despite the remote nature of the position, team collaboration and support remain a priority, with regular meetings and check-ins held virtually.

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' emotional, behavioral, and academic situations, gathering comprehensive information to inform treatment strategies.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed care.
• Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and strategies to support students in achieving their mental health objectives.
• Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams, including school counselors, psychologists, and teachers, to ensure integrated care and a holistic approach to each student’s well-being.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, along with safety planning, to assist students experiencing acute mental health episodes.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and timely, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards relevant to mental health practices in a school environment.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at enhancing social skills, coping strategies, and emotional regulation among students.

The clientele served in this role primarily includes children and adolescents facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in helping these young individuals navigate their emotional and behavioral challenges, providing the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably working with youth.
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and best practices in social work.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and assessment skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and families.

• Experience working within the educational system or with school-aged children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and common methodologies to address childhood trauma.
• Previous engagement with multidisciplinary teams to enhance collaborative approaches to mental health.
