Job description

At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we're trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience-from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.
What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.
We're a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create-internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what's possible in wealth management.
As we grow, we're looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast-but making it count.
This role is remote or hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
If you've spent years as the person financial advisors rely on - managing the client onboarding process, navigating custodians, keeping the CRM current, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks - you already understand the operational reality of running an RIA better than almost anyone. That experience is exactly what Advisor360° is looking for.
This role is designed for someone who has worked in the trenches of an RIA client service team and is ready to take that knowledge to a broader stage. As a Principal Solutions Specialist - Advisor & Client Experience, you will use your firsthand expertise to engage with RIA prospects, represent Advisor360° in the market, and help firms understand how our platform can eliminate the friction that makes your former job harder than it needs to be.
This is a market-facing, external relationship oriented role. You will spend your time building relationships with RIA decision-makers, participating in industry conversations, supporting the sales process as a credible domain expert, and contributing directly to pipeline development. If you've ever thought "there has to be a better way" while wrangling a client onboarding workflow or reconciling a custodian discrepancy - now you can be part of building it.
Here's What You'll Do:
  • Engage with Advisors and RIA prospects as a subject matter expert on advisor workflows, client service operations, and digital client experience - speaking credibly from your own experience in the seat.
  • Participate in prospect discovery sessions and demos, helping firms connect their day-to-day operational challenges to Advisor360°'s platform capabilities.
  • Represent Advisor360° at industry conferences, events, and roundtables, building brand recognition and relationships across the RIA community.
  • Partner with the Field CTO, marketing, and sales teams on strategic prospect conversations, bringing authentic authority on topics like client onboarding, CRM workflows, advisor meeting prep, and custodian operations.
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships with RIA operations leaders, client service managers, and firm decision-makers to generate awareness and referral pipeline.
  • Contribute to thought leadership content - written pieces, webinars, speaking engagements - that speaks directly to the people doing the work at RIAs.
  • Help articulate Advisor360°'s differentiated value proposition in the language of the advisor operations community: less time on admin, fewer custodian errors, smoother onboarding, better client visibility.
  • Bring market intelligence back to internal teams, sharing what you're hearing from prospects about platform gaps, workflow pain points, and competitive dynamics.
  • Help define best practices and use cases that resonate with operations-oriented audiences at RIAs of varying size and complexity.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in RIA operations or client service, ideally including time as a CSA, Senior CSA, or similar role at an RIA.
  • Deep familiarity with the operational workflows that define RIA client service: account onboarding, asset transfers, money movement, custodian portals (Schwab, Fidelity, or similar), and CRM management (Wealthbox, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Firsthand understanding of what financial advisors need from their teams - and where technology consistently gets in the way.
  • Strong relationship building, communication skills, and the confidence to represent a platform in front of prospects, at industry events, and in written content.
  • A natural ability to translate operational experience into compelling narratives about technology value - helping Advisors see themselves in the problems you've solved.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff or leading operational workflows is a plus - it signals the kind of ownership mindset this role requires.
  • Genuine curiosity about fintech and the future of the advisor experience, and enthusiasm for being part of the solution rather than working around it.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • CFA / CFP credential is a strong plus, but not required.

Why This Role Is Different
Most people who excel in RIA operations eventually hit a ceiling - not because they've run out of things to learn, but because the role doesn't grow with them. This position is a genuine next chapter. You'll bring the credibility that only comes from having done the work, and you'll use it in a role with broader impact, higher visibility, and real upside.
You won't be pitching software features. You'll be having peer-level conversations with people who are living the same challenges you know well - and helping them see a better path forward.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
It's not just about work-it's about building a career and enjoying the ride! Here's what you can expect: Why You'll Love Working With Us:
We believe in recognizing and rewarding performance. Our compensation package includes competitive base salaries, annual performance-based bonuses, and the chance to share in the equity value you and your colleagues create during your time with the company. We offer comprehensive health benefits, including dental, life, and disability insurance. We also trust our employees to manage their time effectively, which is why we offer an unlimited paid time off program to help you perform at your best every day.
Join us on this journey. Advisor360° is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workforce. We believe diversity drives innovation and are therefore building a company where people of all backgrounds are truly welcome and included. Everyone is encouraged to bring their unique, authentic selves to work each and every day. The way we see it, we are here to learn from each other.
