  • Build a strong presence in the Phoenix market through networking and industry engagement

Sales Execution

  • Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT leaders in consultative conversations
  • Position services around business outcomes rather than products
  • Own early-stage deal development, qualification, and opportunity creation

Pipeline Development

  • Operate independently without a fully built outbound engine
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive prospecting efforts
  • Develop, test, and refine messaging and outreach strategies

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with sales leadership and technical teams to progress deals
  • Transition opportunities for solutioning and closing support
  • Maintain relationships post-sale to support land-and-expand growth

What You’ll Be Selling

  • Digital workplace transformation consulting
  • ServiceNow implementation and managed services
  • End-user support and service desk solutions
  • Nexthink integrations
  • AI and automation-driven IT optimization
  • Engineering-on-demand services

This is a services-led, consultative sale focused on improving the end-user experience within large enterprise environments.

Ideal Background

  • 3+ years of experience selling IT Service solutions
  • Proven ability to generate net new pipeline with a true hunter mentality
  • Experience selling services (not just products or licenses)
  • Track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to $150k (depending on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings: ~$300,000+
  • Uncapped commission structure

Commission Structure

  • 1% on billings (paid quarterly)
  • 1.5% on net new bookings (TCV-based, up to 3 years)
  • Additional 1% kicker on deals over $500K
  • 0.5% on renewals

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - Employer pays up to 80%
  • 401(k) through Fidelity Investments after 3 months, with a Safe Harbor match of 100% on the first 3% contributed and 50% on the next 2% (max 4% employer match), based on pre-tax or Roth contributions.
  • Also includes 6 paid holidays and 19 days of PTO annually.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to step into a high-credibility organization with strong enterprise traction and own the most critical growth lever: building pipeline from scratch.

If you’re a true hunter who thrives in autonomy, wants significant earning potential, and is motivated by building something, this role offers a rare chance to make a measurable impact.
