Job description

Overview
The Solution Account Manager serves as a critical connection between the RealPage Revenue Management platforms and our customers' ability to improve operational performance and uncover hidden yield across multifamily portfolios. As part of the Customer Success organization, Solution Account Managers partner with customer stakeholders, from revenue managers to C-level executives, to recommend approaches that assist platform usage, optimize performance, and increase portfolio yields.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivates client relationships beyond standard points of contact to strengthen trust, uncover new opportunities, and expand long-term account value.
  • Navigate customer business scenarios to consult on asset strategy and configure AI Revenue Management accordingly.
  • Articulate the AI revenue management value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits across client organizations.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis regarding financial results, revenue management adoption behavior, leasing velocity and market conditions, and present results to leadership.
  • Answer modeling-related questions and provide succinct feedback to a variety of levels of users.
  • Consult with customers on parameter configurations and make recommendations for necessary changes.
  • Efficiently participate in multiple projects and use Salesforce to track and update project steps.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the integration with each Property Management System.
  • Identify opportunities for adoption and expansion of RealPage products.
  • Provide input and feedback, from a business user's perspective to the RealPage product group, on solutions features and functionality.
  • Coordinate with other RealPage teams as needed to facilitate timely implementation and overall client success with an emphasis on the other pillar products that support AI Revenue Management
  • Work alongside Customer Success Managers to parter on creating client outcomes
  • Lead in-person and virtual solution reviews that demonstrate product value, address client priorities, and support long-term relationship growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers at an executive level

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or related industry.
  • Displays business acumen and understanding of organizational agility.
  • Experience using Microsoft office products; Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence others.
  • Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work well in an autonomous dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours at times depending upon workload. Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk.
  • Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software.
  • Experience delivering professional presentations and dealing with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and advise on the impact of all facets of operations that can impact revenue performance.
  • Familiarity with RealPage products including but not limited to: OneSite Leasing and Rents, Performance Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Analytics, Flex Marketing, ILM and Leasing Analytics, AI Screening, Amenity Optimization.
