• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address academic and emotional challenges faced by students.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and standardized screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on case planning and facilitate the sharing of insights that support holistic student development.
• Create and implement effective crisis intervention strategies, including behavioral guidelines and safety plans.
• Document all client interactions comprehensively and accurately to comply with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Serve as a liaison between students, their families, school administration, and community resources, ensuring a robust support system.
• Advocate for students' needs and rights in various settings, from IEP meetings to community outreach programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and relevant statewide meetings.
• Regularly review and enhance your knowledge of clinical practices, new research, and community resources available for patients.

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your expertise will be essential in supporting younger clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring that every individual receives tailored approaches that resonate with their unique experiences and challenges.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is mandatory.
• A valid state social work license (LCSW) in good standing is required.
• At least two years of supervised clinical experience in mental health or related fields is essential.
