What is a remote resource manager?

A Remote Resource Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and allocating resources—such as personnel, equipment, and budgets—for teams that operate remotely. They ensure that remote teams have the tools, support, and staffing needed to meet project goals efficiently. Their role often includes coordinating between departments, managing remote workflows, and optimizing resource utilization across dispersed teams.
