  • Consultative Auditing: Perform comprehensive packaging audits at customer sites to identify inefficiencies and propose optimized, cost-saving solutions.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate directly with the internal Design Team to translate customer needs into high-quality display and retail packaging specifications.
  • Pricing & Quotation: Determine precise product specifications, establish competitive pricing models, and prepare formal quotes for complex packaging projects.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level rapport with key contacts, serving as a trusted advisor on product availability, credit terms, and sustainability standards.
  • Market Analysis: Compile and analyze prospective customer data to maintain a robust, high-conversion pipeline of retail and manufacturing leads.

Requirements

Education & Core Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is REQUIRED.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience is REQUIRED.
  • Industry Preference: Previous experience in Packaging, Retail Display, POP, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Residency: Must reside within or be able to commute daily to the assigned Texas sales territory.
Skills & Competencies
  • Sales Prowess: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote/field-based environment.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on "value-added" selling rather than commodity transactions.
  • Communication: Exceptional listening, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Time Management: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex project timelines simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans
  • Life insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
