We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel/Resort Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching and coordinating hotel and resort accommodations that align with their travel preferences, budgets, and needs. You will help organize travel details, prepare quotes, and ensure reservations are handled accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and helping others create memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and recommend hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
  • Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and accommodation options
  • Communicate with clients to gather travel details and answer general inquiries
