How you will enjoy your day: This dual-role position is responsible for both the transportation of laundry between RLS and various resorts, including Enchantment Resort and Mii amo, and the upkeep and repair of laundry equipment. As part of our essential operations team, you will help ensure smooth daily operations by conducting preventative maintenance, repairing equipment as needed (with provided training), and delivering high-quality service to our clients.


Work Performed:


Driver Duties:

Pick up and deliver linens to/from resorts, including Enchantment Resort, Mii amo, and other properties.

Ensure timely and efficient delivery of clean laundry and collection of soiled linens.

Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.

Maintain proper records of fleet maintenance.

Perform regular checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

Provide invoices upon clean linen delivery and ensure the proper count upon pick up of dirty products

Laundry Mechanic Duties:

Perform daily preventive maintenance on laundry equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

Monitor equipment performance and report issues for timely resolution.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the laundry facility.

Order proper replacement equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications:

Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.

Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn laundry equipment repair.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of tools and machinery maintenance preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of driving and standing.

Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Minimum Requirements:

High school education or equivalent work experience. Formal training in small engine and automotive repairs. At least 1 year experience in vehicle and equipment repairs. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Computer skills required. Strong guest and team member relations skills.
