Resilient Recovery Counseling Center is seeking skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a lucrative annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000, depending on your experience and caseload. In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, backgrounds, and presenting issues.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Provide individual therapy through a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches.
• Set specific therapeutic goals and periodically monitor client progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services to support clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic techniques and industry developments.

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As a mental health therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their struggles, providing them with the support and resources needed to foster change and resilience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with an ability to build rapport with clients.
• An empathetic, compassionate approach coupled with a non-judgmental mindset towards all clients.
• Organizational and time-management skills that facilitate efficient client scheduling and treatment planning.

While not mandatory, preference may be given to applicants with:

• Experience in teletherapy and virtual counseling settings.
• Familiarity with diverse clinical populations and various treatment modalities.
• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings.
