Resilient Roots Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time clinician. This remote position focuses on supporting clients within our detox center, where you will provide essential mental health services to individuals navigating the challenges of addiction and mental health issues. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to identify treatment needs.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring coordination of services and effective communication between clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide direct clinical care, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing the complex needs of clients, especially during detoxification and recovery phases.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, while proactively addressing any crises or safety concerns that arise.
• Engage in community outreach to build rapport and trust within the client population, establishing connections with resources that support recovery.
• Participate in regular team meetings and committees aimed at improving quality of care and service delivery while promoting interprofessional collaboration.

The LCSW will primarily serve clients grappling with addiction, mental health disorders, and emotional challenges, often in a detox setting. This role requires a deep understanding of the diverse experiences and backgrounds of the individuals we serve, fostering an environment that respects their unique traditions and experiences. You will be dedicated to advancing recovery, stability, and personal empowerment through choice-driven approaches that prioritize the client's voice in their treatment journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with valid LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois.
• At least two years of relevant experience working in mental health or substance use treatment settings.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices applicable to addiction and mental health scenarios.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for building rapport with clients and liaising with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate empathy and understanding toward client needs.

• Prior experience in a detox or inpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and data management.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
